This word "responsibility" plays a massive role in our lives. We tend to push things aside and tell ourselves we will deal with things later, but what are we really doing when we push things away? Are we just procrastinating? Or are we creating habits that change who we are?

I've made tons of decisions in my life that have helped me get to where I am now, but there are three key decisions I've made that have been drastic to the life and career I have. I was honored to speak in front of senior business majors at Incarnate Word University in hope of preparing them for the real world and to let them know that anything is possible, as long as you believe in yourself.
